MicroCampus is a school management platform that provides tools for attendance tracking, student record management, report cards, document sharing, event management, waiver signing, and parent-school communication. The Service is provided to schools and their authorized users (administrators, teachers, and parents).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
MicroCampus does not warrant that:

MicroCampus is a technology platform only. It does not provide educational, medical, legal, or childcare services. Schools are solely responsible for:
MicroCampus stores personal information including student records, medical information, contact details, and school communications. By using the Service:
Medical information stored in MicroCampus (including allergies, medications, EpiPen requirements, and physician details) is provided by parents and school staff for reference purposes only. MicroCampus does not verify the accuracy of medical information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency medical services.
Schools and staff should always:
Digital waivers signed through MicroCampus record the user's consent along with a timestamp and IP address. MicroCampus does not provide legal advice regarding the enforceability of digital signatures or waivers. Schools should consult with legal counsel regarding their waiver content and requirements.
Users are responsible for:
MicroCampus may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. Schools should maintain independent records for critical information.
MicroCampus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
